Functionality
Each casement is equipped with Encore Hardware from Truth. Encore provides a sleek, attractive folding handle system that folds out of the way of blinds or other window coverings. The handle allows you to crank the casement open to 90 degrees, permitting easy cleaning. One other distinct advantage of an open casement is the air-flow it brings into your home. Horizontal and Vertical Sliding Windows can't provide this feature because they don't open out into the breeze like the casement.
